SDA only exists in a few plant sources. Echium Oil is second richest source, only Ahiflower Oil (oil from the plant Buglossoides arvensis) is higher in SDA. Echium Oil also contains 26-33% omega-3 Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA), and 10-13% GLA.
