Is there a fork lift present when I pick up my order?
Yes, when you pick up your order at our warehouse we have a forklift to load the products in the truck.
What are the pallet sizes?
We work with various pallet sizes based on the quantity of your order.
The following pallet sizes are available:
Small pallet: 60x80x15 cm
Europallet: 80x120x14,5 cm
Blockpallet: 120x100x13 cm
Large pallet: 120x120x13 cm
Is a reference number required when I collect my order?
When you pick up your order we will always send you the reference number in advance. The reference number is stated on the shipping documents.
How do I place an order?
You can place an order by contacting our sales team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our sales team will provide you with all the necessary information in regards to the product you are looking for. They will make a quotation for you based on the quantity you wish to receive.
Can I split my order across multiple delivery addresses?
Yes. If you would like to split your order across multiple addresses you can indicate this when you place your order.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
We do not have a minimum order quantity. You can choose the following packaging options:
IBC’s net weight 900 kg
Metal drums net weight 25, 50 & 190 kg
HDPE containers 5,10 & 25 kg
A minimum order quantity does apply to our consumer packaging ranging from 10 ml to 1000 ml bottles. Contact email@example.com for more information.
Has my order been dispatched yet?
When we dispatch your order we will always indicate by email when your order will be sent out.
Has my order been successful?
Your order is placed when you agree with the quotation we have offered you and you wish to receive an order confirmation. Your order is successful when you have received the order confirmation.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order when it is shipped using DPD or UPS. We will send you the tracking number so you can follow your order.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept wire transfer as a payment method. Payment by check and credit cards are not accepted.
What is your general lead time?
The lead time is based on the availability of your products, the packaging you wish to receive and your location. We can calculate the approximate lead time for you prior to your order.
Which products do you have available as organic?

Which quality documents will I receive when I place an order?
You will always receive the Product Specifications and the Certificate of Analysis for the product when you place an order.

When will I be charged for my order?
Payment for new customers is 100% in advance. Thereafter, payment terms vary from 30 to 60 days from the invoice date.
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide.
What is your return policy?
You are allowed to return your order when the quality of the product does not meet the standards that we promised. Please contact the sales person with whom you have communicated for the placement of your order to explain the issue with the product, and he/she will help you further. Are your products tested on animals?
No, we do not test our products on animals.
Where is your office located?
Our office and distribution centre are located on the island Texel. When travelling to Texel, you must take the ferry that departs in Den Helder. For more information about the departure times and tickets click here.
When using public transport to travel to Texel you must take the train to Den Helder. From Den Helder Station you can take a bus to the ferry. For more information about the departure time and tickets for the train click here.
